These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website sovereignforger.com (“Site”) and all products and services offered by Signal Flow LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company incorporated in the State of New Mexico, USA.
By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any product.
1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Sovereign Forger offers procedurally generated synthetic financial datasets (“Datasets”) delivered in JSONL format. All Datasets are digitally delivered. No physical goods are shipped.
Datasets are sold in predefined tiers (Essential, Warehouse, Enterprise) or as custom orders. Product specifications, including record counts and pricing, are described on the Site at the time of purchase.
2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
3. DELIVERY
All Datasets are delivered digitally within 24 hours of confirmed payment, unless otherwise stated. Delivery is made via secure download link sent to the email address provided at purchase.
4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a Dataset has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue with your delivery (corrupted file, missing records, incorrect niche), contact us at admin@sovereignforger.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a corrected Dataset or issue a refund.
5. FREE SAMPLES
Free sample packs (100 records) are provided for evaluation purposes only. Samples may not be redistributed, resold, or used in production systems. Downloading a sample requires providing a valid email address.
6. LICENSE AND USAGE
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Dataset for internal purposes, including but not limited to: AI model training, algorithm development, compliance testing, and research.
You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute any Dataset, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Signal Flow LLC.
Exclusive licensing arrangements are available upon request and governed by separate agreements.
7. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use any Dataset, in whole or in part, to:
– Impersonate real individuals or create fraudulent identities
– Conduct phishing, social engineering, or any form of deception
– Generate documents intended to mislead financial institutions, regulators, or law enforcement
– Train AI models designed to facilitate fraud, identity theft, or financial crime
– Violate any applicable law or regulation
Signal Flow LLC reserves the right to refuse service and terminate any license if it reasonably believes the data is being used for prohibited purposes.
8. SYNTHETIC DATA DISCLAIMER
All data generated by Sovereign Forger is entirely synthetic. No record represents or is derived from any real individual. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental and a statistical artifact of the generation process.
Sovereign Forger does not guarantee fitness for any specific regulatory, legal, or commercial purpose. You are responsible for evaluating whether the data meets your requirements.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Signal Flow LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Flow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any Dataset.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific Dataset.
11. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at sovereignforger.com/privacy-policy/.
12. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
